A nonprofit leaflet round in Waltham Forest, walked by local people who are paid for the work. Happy to deliver further afield.

A nonprofit leaflet round, Waltham Forest and London

Leaflet distributionin Waltham Forest, and anywhere in London

Walked by local people finding their way back into steady work after homelessness. Our team live in Waltham Forest and will gladly go further. Design is free with every round.

£50 for 1,000To homes

£50 for 250To businesses

Get a price

Tell us the area and roughly how many leaflets, and we will come back with a price. Nothing here takes a payment or places an order.

Three questions, then a few short ones, one at a time.

How it works

  1. Your artwork

Send a print ready leaflet, or answer seven questions and we will make the flyer for you.

  2. Your area

Pick the areas you want covered and we will tell you what each one holds. Anything more particular is quoted as a package of its own.

  3. Delivery

A deliverer we pay and supervise walks the round and posts your leaflet through every letterbox on the streets you chose. It is a paid shift on a rota.

  4. Confirmation

You hear from us when the round is finished. Tracking for each round is planned for later.

The four steps drawn in a row: a printed leaflet, a map with one ward filled in, a front door with a leaflet in the letterbox, and a tick.

Planned

How delivery is checked

Deliverers we train and supervise walk each round, the route is recorded on their phone as they walk it, and we confirm the round with you when it is done. The page where you watch that happen is not built yet. It is being set up before our first delivery goes out.

A row of four doors with a walked route stepping up to each one, a tick above every door, and a confirmation card at the end.
  1. Walked door by door
  2. Route recorded as it is walked
  3. Confirmed with you when it is done

Working with our most needy neighbours to get your message across.

Why we do this

Leaving homelessness behind is one thing. Getting back into regular, steady work is the part most people find hardest. Every round we sell is paid work with a rota, a supervisor and a reference at the end. We are a nonprofit, so what is left after wages and running costs goes back into that.

Three things in order: a pay packet first, then the kit a round needs, then a tree whose leaves are leaflets.
  1. Deliverer wages first
  2. Then the kit and the running costs
  3. What is left pays for more rounds

Where we deliver

All 22 wards, from Walthamstow and Leyton to Chingford: E17, E10, E11 and E4.

If you are searching for leaflet distribution near me and you are in this borough, that is us. Pick a ward to see what it holds. Figures come from Waltham Forest Council and are left out where we have no source.

Who is worth putting a leaflet in front of

Tell us what your business does and who buys from you. We will come back with the groups of businesses most likely to want it, how many addresses each holds, and whether the homes nearest you are worth a round.

"I fit bathrooms and most of my work comes from landlords" tells us more than a trade name. Add your postcode to bring the homes nearest you into the answer.

The answer opens on a new page. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent to us, and no order is placed.

Free leaflet design

Design is free with every round. These five were drawn for businesses that do not exist, to show the standard. Tell us about yours and we will draw one for you.

A cream leaflet for a bakery, with a copper kettle, a crusty loaf and two croissants. An example for Copper Kettle Bakehouse, a fictional bakery.
A deep blue leaflet for a bathroom fitter, with a tiled wall and a tap. An example for Level and Tile Bathrooms, a fictional bathroom fitter.
A yellow leaflet for a tutor, with an owl in glasses over an open book and a pencil. An example for Bright Owl Tutoring, a fictional tutor.
A green leaflet for a gardener, with a fence, a spade and a hedge. An example for Green Fence Gardening, a fictional gardener.
A pink leaflet for a dog groomer, with a terrier sitting in a tub of bubbles. An example for Wag and Wash Dog Grooming, a fictional dog groomer.
Examples, drawn for businesses that do not exist. No real advert is shown here.

Get yours drawn

Tell us what your business does and we will draw your leaflet at A5. It is free with every round, and it starts with an email.

This sends us an enquiry. Nothing is ordered and nothing is paid.

What it costs

Two ladders, six steps each. Homes are priced by the leaflets printed, businesses by the addresses reached. Design is free on both.

Planning to deliver regularly?

A round that repeats every month does the most for our deliverers, because a rota somebody can count on turns a shift into a job. Tell us how often and we will price it.

Straight answers

How much does leaflet distribution cost per 1,000?

£50 for 1,000 leaflets delivered to homes, with the design included in that price. The rate improves as the round grows: the household ladder runs 1,000 leaflets for £50, 2,000 leaflets for £95, 3,000 leaflets for £135, 4,000 leaflets for £170, 5,000 leaflets for £200, so the largest rung works out at £40 per 1,000. Business rounds are priced by the addresses reached rather than by leaflets printed, and start at 250 business addresses for £50. Anything above the ladder is quoted on its own.

Who delivers my leaflets?

Local people working their way back into regular employment after homelessness, paid properly for the work and supervised by us. Our first two deliverers are a local couple from Highams Park. Every round is a paid shift on a rota, with a supervisor and a reference at the end, because a shift somebody can count on is what turns work into a job. We do not use unpaid volunteers and we do not subcontract the walking.

Where does the money go?

Deliverer wages come first, before anything else is paid. The running costs of the round come next. We are a nonprofit, so what is left is not taken out as profit: it pays for more rounds, which is more paid hours for the people walking them. That is the whole model, and it is why the round you buy is worth more than the leaflets in it.

Which areas do you cover?

All 22 wards of Waltham Forest, from Walthamstow and Leyton up to Chingford, which is E17, E10, E11 and E4. That is where our deliverers live and where they walk, so it is the borough we know street by street. We are happy to go further into London, and a round outside the borough is quoted the same way as one inside it. Pick a ward on this page to see what it holds.

Do I have to design the leaflet myself?

No. Design is free with every round, and it is not something we hold back and charge for later. Send print ready artwork if you already have it and we will deliver that. If you do not, answer seven questions about the business, the offer and who it is for, and we will draw an A5 leaflet for you. Say what to change and we will draw it again.

How do I know my leaflets were really delivered?

A deliverer we train and supervise walks the round and posts your leaflet through every letterbox on the streets you chose. The route is recorded on their phone as they walk it, and we confirm the round with you when it is done. The page where you watch that happen for yourself is not built yet: it is being set up before our first delivery goes out, and we would rather say so than imply it exists.

How do I book a round?

Ask us for a price. Tell us roughly where you want covering and how many leaflets, and we will come back with what it costs and what that area holds. Nothing on this site takes a payment or places an order: ordering is by enquiry while we are getting started, so the date a round walks is agreed with you rather than guessed at by a form.

If your question is not answered here, ask us and we will answer it plainly.
